·         In 2008, Ginga Financial Literacy Inc. College Cash Flow club was established at Benjamin Franklin Institute in Boston, MA

·         In 2008-2009, Ginga Financial Literacy Inc. worked with the Howard University Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership & Innovation to provide students from Benjamin Banneker High School mentorship from members of the business community and Benjamin Banneker High School students learned the Cash Flow 101 board game model in Washington, DC

·         In 2009-2010, Ginga Financial Literacy Inc. worked with business school students from Howard University to promote the Cash Flow 101 board game model in Washington, DC

·         In 2010-2011, Ginga Financial Literacy Inc. Ginga provided financial literacy training for ConneXions Academy students in Baltimore, MD

·         In 2011-2012, Ginga Financial Literacy Inc. Ginga is currently partnering with local business owner in Baltimore, MD with the goal of creating a business coop to help promote the “Ginga For Life” Social Entrepreneurship Project and the “GingaForLife” Employee-Entrepreneurship Project to help increase job training, internship opportunities, job opportunities and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people in Baltimore, MD

Non Profit Collaboration Project

“GingaForLife” Non Profit Collaboration Project addresses the need for partnerships with local churches, community colleges and universities to help provide job training, mentorship, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people. Our goal is to address the growing unemployment rate and unhealthy eating habits among African-American youths.

Mentorship Project

“GingaForLife” Mentorship Project addresses the need for mentors in underserved public schools and communities. Mentorship helps solve truancy and dropout rates in disadvantaged and underserved public schools and communities. Our goal is to invite mentors from the business financial community as volunteers to interact and mentor youths in an informal way by providing financial literacy education through the Cash Flow 101 Board Game Model. Our goal is to also increase the membership of high school students from underserved communities in the Future Business Leaders of America Program and invites mentorship to prepare students for national competition. Our hope is for students and mentors to share life experiences while building long lasting relationships.

Social Media Project

“GingaforLife” Social Media Project’s goal is to raise $1,000,000 dollars over the next 18 months through one hundred thousand $10.00 donation social media campaign. Our goal is to provide one hundred thousand people with an opportunity to become financially free through our member provided financial education blog service, financial literacy community workshops, an online book club and investment opportunities.

Employer-Owner Project

“GingaForLife” Entrepreneurship Project addresses the need to promote entrepreneurship in disadvantaged and underserved public school and communities. Our goal is to form collaborations with community colleges and universities and local business owners to provide youths with an opportunity to earn money while learning the skills needed to become entrepreneurs. Our goal is to work with local business owners and colleges to create a business coop that is similar to the Mondragon Model that was created in Mondragon, Spain to help decrease the unemployment rate of the African-American community
